Spouse Visa - Which Forms?

Hi, does anyone please know if I have to fill out the application for migration form and get my husband to fill out the sponsership for a partner form?

It is not that clear on the website. We have filled out both but now I'm not sure if we need to send both of them. My husband is Australian and I am English, we want me to enter Oz on the spouse/partner visa.

Any ideas?

Yes, you both need to fill forms in.
You (the applicant) need 47SP and your Husband (the Sponsor) needs 40SP.
