Hi, couldn't find a thread on this question but apologies if I have overlooked. My wife is 38 and would be lead applicant; I am just turned 45 - Does my age restrict our options? We are both ICT Sales Managers, meet the SOL points criteria and will consider the Skills Independant and Sponsored Visa's. Financially we are sound. We have recieved conflicting views from two migration agents so clarification and comment would be welcomed here.

As long as the main applicant is under 45 you will be fine, providing you fulfil all criteria which you appear to do. I'm assuming you don't mean the Spouse Visa as in your wife is Australian? You mean tagging on to her visa application.
