my situation is as follows, we got our visas january 07. i validated mine and i now want to get my wife's renewed. so the question is, " how do i apply for a spouse visa"? will meds and pc be needed again? it will also include 2 kids, 16 and 11. i used an agent before. will 16 year old need a pc this time? cheers scratchey |

London may be more flexible on this but don't count on it. You also need to check if their existing visas have been cancelled. |
