5 points, but I heard a rumor not long ago that this could be going up.
Anybody heard anything similar?

I haven't heard this one.
If they wanted to change this, it would require a change to Sch 6a and so would occur at one of the major regulation change dates (ie 1 July, 1 November or 1 April).
Pass mark, SOL and MODL, on the other hand, can change at any time because they are in the form of a gazette notice...

Not to worry, I'm banking on MODL so shouldn't worry! ... again ...lol, but the 5 will do if needed, I just wondered if it was true!
