hi vivek
about the history of relationship: just write how and when:
- you met
- became a couple
- moved in together
- decided to get married
- important events in the relationship
- holidays
- common friends and social activities
- level of commitment (finance, household...)
you find a list in the partner migration booklet
in my opinion you might find it hard to prove that you are a genuine couple if the only common thing in your relationship is your marriage certificate!!!!
about the adress:
i wrote down the one, where we will stay at first, if you move later you have to let dimia know.
good luck

You also need more than a marriage certificate.

You really have to read the immigration booklet, it appears you haven't yet done that. It states clearly in there what is required.
These include stat dec's from friends/relatives on the nature of your relatioinship, personal statements from you and your wife on the nature and history of your relationship, and proof that your relationship is genuine, this can include joint bank account statements, copies of tickets from travellinig together, copies of rent and utility bills in both your names, proof of joint ownership of property.
Depending on the office you apply at, you might be requested also to supply assurance of support, as you are not yet living in Aus you would have to find a friend or relative who meets the requirements to do this.
Also agree with above that the requirement to be normally resident in Aus can be interpreted differently by different offices, and if you have only been in Aus a matter of weeks and do not yet have a residence or job, they might knock her back on that. Someone mentioned on this board recently that they may be starting to enforce this resident in Aus. criteria more rigorously than previously.

The 'usually resident' requirement, when/if enforced, would generally stop aspiring applicants (whose sponsors are Australian permanent visa holders) from applying while their sponsors are outside of Australia permanently.
Once the Australian PR (APR) sponsor has (re-)established residency in Australia, then the 'usually resident' criterion is much easier to prove. A job for the APR sponsor may help in terms of avoiding the discretionary AoS, but a lack of employment per se would normally not cause the sponsor to fail the 'usually resident' requirement.
