From July 2002 till now i am working in a SOL nominated occupation and ACS calculated my experience from July 2002 to July 2008(6 years for Category B) and give me a positive result.Do i need

3 more years after July 2008 to claim Specific Employment points?
OR
DIAC will count July 2007 to July 2010 and give me spcific employment points

Specific work experience is at least three (3) of the four (4) years before the day of your application.

So DIAC will count your see your last 4 years and not beyond that, to see if you have worked for 3 years in that timeframe to give you specific empolyment points....
so in your words, DIAC will count July 2007 to July 2010 and give me spcific employment points
