Further to another post of yours, I understand that there will be changes to the ACS guidelines, but nothing apocalyptic. The report by Bob Birrell released in May suggested broad changes for everyone, not just ACS. So what were you alluding to?

Seriously though Vik, you did say late last week that word from inside the ACS indicated changes to their assessment for migration policy....for those of us, like me, that don’t understand and require more than a few words, could you elaborate on this a little.
