Default Sorry more TRA q's

Hi again, my partner is a metal fabricator and i am just putting all his information together etc for the TRA.
He only has certificates upto Level 2 C & G's, but he has completed level 3 (he said he didnt receive them but did pass, he's hopeless with paperwork) he is getting a ref from that employer he did a 5 year apprenticeship with. Will i need to do a Statutory Declaration?
Can anyone send me a copy of what i have to write on it, is there a form i get from somewhere or is it just a certain wording that has to be at the start/end of the letter.

hi,
You can apply to C&G for a copy of his certificate, so no worries there, it doesn't take long and doesn't cost that much.

you won't need a stat dec for it! There are precise instructions as to what the reference letter should contain from his employer, make sure that all of these are included.
We wrote it ourselves took it to the company who printed it off and signed it for us.

He might also have apprenticeship papers around too and if he does make sure that you include them too.

Hope that this helps a bit
