Sure no prob,we did have a few hitches along the way,ok here goes

Husband's TRA applied Feb.07
Passed 4 weeks later march 07
Sent application for skilled sponsored visa (47sk) at the time, on the 9/5/07 with myself as main applicant as my brother living in Oz 10 years+ was sponsor, at this stage I was going to be 45 on 29/5/07.Paper based application and as there was 6 of us plus a son not travelling there was a lot of it(forms 47a and forms 80.
Didnt hear anything till August 07 when all forms arrived back, stamped June 07 stating invalid application because the letter that accompanied TRA was not submitted !!(could have just requested it ??).
We almost gave up then.My husband then rang embassy in London about sponsorship as I was then over 45.As he was only 43 they advised we could still apply and have my brother as sponsor.
Second application (176)sent December 07.
ACK May 08
Request for Meds and Pcc's October 08
Meds and Pcc's sent back November 08 except for Son not migrating(married, living in UK)he had sent his passport for renewal to Ireland and could'nt do meds without it,we emailed case officer about delay, there was no problem.
Futher blood test requested for Son not migrating, for HIV on 20/01/09.
Visa grant 4/02/09.
Along the way I had to change details for four passports.
My Brother who was Sponsoring us has never been contacted or heard anything from Australian Government about our application.
