Slowdown on medicals

Slowdown on medicals
Is is me or is there a slowdown on medical and police checks they did seem to be coming in on timeline about two-three month point but now seems to be a three-four month wait after the main application can anyone shread any light on this!!
Also when do the approch you employers is it before or after the meds

not sure when they approach employers, I'd say it could be anytime.
yes, they seem to have slowed down to about 4 months....

As far as I know, my employers past or present have not been contacted and we are expecting bond request/pre grant sometime next month.
We are Skilled Indep BN 136 if it helps answer

I think they just randomly check references, dont know if there is any pattern to it...

They didn't check my employers but i heard that they check 1 in 10 applications. Not too sure if that is correwct though
