Default Skills assessment with a NZ electricians rego?

Hi folks
I posted something similar to this on another forum but was wondering if this was a better place to ask?
I'm still in the UK but want to move to Oz in the next couple of years, probably on a 175 visa.
I hold NZ electrician's registration from a few years ago when I was going to apply for residency over there (my marriage split up so I ended up back in Blighty).
I was wondering if anyone would know if I would still need to have my skills assessed by Vetassess with my NZ registration entitling me to transfer to an Australian electrical licence through the mutual recognition scheme?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Thanks

Dave
