Default Skills Assessment - Info Please

Hi,
Me and my friend have obtained State Sponsorship for Permanent Residency from the State of Victoria.
Iam an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, INdia and my friend is a MEchanical Engineering grad from VIT, India.

Can someone please let us know whether we should be applying for Skills Assessment or RPL?

IS Electronics a minor (sub-major) ICT degree? Is Electrical and Electronics considered so?

Thanks,
Sriram

First thing you need to decide is whether you want to be assessed as an IT practitioner or engineer.

Also depends on what occupation code Victoria nominated you under.

You probably need professional assistance.
