Has anyone applied for a skilled migration visa with a 40 point occupation?

Most people who apply with a 40 point occupation would need to have close family in Australia who could sponsor them as it would be extremely difficult to pass the points test without. If they are in a designated area of Australia then there is no points test so a 40 point occupation is as good as any.
