Hello Everyone,

I am new at this site and I want to ask question regarding the term
"spouse".

My live-in partner and I are planning to migrate to Australia. My
partner is a primary school teacher and is eligible to apply for an
skilled independent visa.

Since my part is eligible for the said visa, it is understood that she
will be primary applicant. My question now is;

I am still legally married to my ex- partner. Is it possible that I can
be included in the application and join her later?

How would be the total cost in applying for the said visa until you
reach Australia? Can somebody recommend a good and reasonable
Australian migration agent which have an offce in Manila?
