Default Skill select

I want to apply for Australian immigration through skill select. But i cannot able to get 60 points. The accumulate of my points are 55.

30 points: for age
0 points: for English language ability
10 points: Skilled employment (outside Australia)
15 points: For Bachelor and Master degree
---------------------------------------------------------
55 points : Total

I need five more points to get eligible for skill select. I tried but cant able to score 7 band in each IELTS components. Is there any way to get 5 points of state or territory government nomination or by some other clause?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, look at the 190 visa.

You will need to see if any States are sponsoring your occupation.

Keep on trying to improve your English ability - it will be to your benefit when you finally get here

Good luck

Well I look at the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190), and New South Wales Skilled Occupation List contains my occupation.

Now from this point how i can proceed?

Thanks Pollyana.

Do i need to apply for state nomination first, before launching my application in skill select?

Skilled nominated migration (190) - Live & Work in New South Wales

New nomination process in 2015
A new selection and invitation process for the NSW nomination program was introduced in February 2015.

You need to read all the info on the links in that paragraph on their website.

I go thru all of the related info. An It look's like that i am eligible for it. On the eligibility criteria link under points they said "To be considered for NSW nomination you must be eligible for a minimum of 55 points on the DIBP points test and if you are selected for NSW nomination you will receive an additional five points that can be used to meet the required total score of 60 points."

What if i don't qualify for state sponsorship, what will be status of my application? Do they reject my application or what?

If NSW do not sponsor you then you will be back to needing more points.
