Skill assessment problem
Hi,
I am planning to apply for General Skill Migration to Australia. My Academic background is in Computer Science. Just after graduation I got a job in a telecom vendor (Huawei) company and still continuing my professional career in telecom industry. I have got the following experiences:
1. Two yrs working experience in Huawei as Product Engineer
2. More than Four years working experience in Ericsson as Solution Engineer
3. Recently I am in a Operator
My query is, since my academic background is in computer science and I have got more than 6 yrs working experience in telecom sector as an engineer, can I do my assessment under Engineers Australia as Telecommunications Engineer or Telecommunications Network Engineer?

I am not sure but think, may be 'YES' because Engineers Australia judge your occupation based on your education and experience both. Give it a try man.
