SIR granted...!!
Hi, I got it at last...
Pls. find my time line for SIR visa which has been pulled from the "pooled application"
July 2003 Applied for 136 BN
April 2004 rcvd Medical and PCC rqst.
July 2004 rcvd letter "Application moved to pool" by DIMIA
18th August 2004 Applied for 495 (SIR visa with SA state sponsorship)
8th Nov 2004 rcvd yellow envelop from DIMIA " SIR Visa granted"
Best of luck for all in the "Q"
Planing to move in Adelaide by Mar 05..

Hi, Thanks for all replies.... It was due to a mistake from my agent. My CO asked me to provide IELTS with "vocational". ( I got 5.5 only in lisetening all other were on band 8) But My agent sent the result under the expectation that the CO would give chance to claim bonus point in case i loose 5 point. (they were claimed 20 points for the language and they used to get options in simillar cases). I was ready to go for the capital investment an claim 5 extra points (100K deposit). unfortunately nothing worked out.... hope its God's wish... I shld go to Adelaide !!
