Dear all,

if my "current" CSL occupation is removed from new "MODL" announced and effective next year, will this situation affect the process priority for my 175 pr
visa application ?

I was wondering if "current" CSL application will keep the same priority no matter the change of new MODL.

If not, maybe applying for SS will be better.

Could anyone give me comment? Thanks.

I have a question for you guys. I submitted my application on 27th September, and on the 26th October I tried to upload another document but it said that I can not upload any document because my application has been decided, BUT after 5 minutes or so I tried again and guess what? I was able to upload the document, and ever since then, when I try to sign in on that page to upload I see that I can do it!! My question is: Does anyone know why, or did it happen to any of you?
Another mention, my status did not even change to application being processed further.

Elena,

i also got this issue whilst i was in the documnet uploading phase of the process. This seems to me a technical glitch.
whenever u start getting this issue, try opening a new browser window and you will be fine.
