Hi ghrong:
Congratulations! Can you please share what was written in pre grant letter? Suppose I need to know how much time they gave you for visa stamping.....

Do you know what is the probable maximum time for visa validity to enter AUSTRALIA? I mean from when this time counted....from medical date or PCC date?

Cheers!

yes it is possible to add her in your application... just you have to fill one form for change circumstances... i don't know about exact form but you can send post lodge inquiry form to inform them that you are going to marry..

Visa validation deadline is normally 1 year from Med or PCCs whichever is earlier.

The visa itself is valid for 5 years from the date of grant, as far as I know.

I understand as 12 months from the date which ever is earlier.

All my docs status is still 'Required', with Meds finalized. However, I have got an email from CO asking for an extra PCC for my spouse. It depends on individual CO if (s)he bothers to update status I think.

Since they asked you for Form80, your case might be a bit more complex. If I were you, I would wait for a week or two, and then send a PLE asking for status. As far as I know, from the PLE that I sent, the PLE was answered by someone from something like PLE-answer-desk, not by your CO. I don't think it would affect your application progress.
