25/11/2009 Health requirements finalised

HR Country

Till now I am quite satisfied with the application progress credit goes to Engineers Australia, DIAC, Victoria state govt,HOC/MOC and all relative authorities dealing with Immigration matters.

Now how much time i ve to wait ...dont know??

0.08.2008:Lodged application at ACS
8.10.2008:Received results--suitable for migration--MODL(2231-79--UNIX)
26.04.2009:Took IELTS at BC SG
06.05.2009:Got IELTS resullt(7.0)
07.05.2009:Applied WA state sponsorship
15.05.2009:Applied Queensland state sponsorship
25.08.2009:Approved WA state sponsorship
02.09.2009:Approval letter arrived via snail mail
07.09.2009:Lodged 176-CSL/MODL VISA application to DIAC
07.09.2009:Received TRN via automatic reply email from DIAC
07.09.2009:Submitted signed Agreement letter and Form 1100 to WA
10.09.2009:Uploaded docs
14.09.2009:WA sent Form 1100 to DIAC

I've applied for a 175 visa. I've seen people here have applied for a 175 visa then changed to a 176 state sponsored visa. If I wanted to change now how would I go about it or do I have to wait and be asked by a case officer whenever that is assigned to me?

Seems to me the 176 route is going a lot faster than the 175. Would I be correct in this assumption?

I already done my Medical and sent to HOC on Nov 03, 2009. But till now I have no news whether it was finalized or not. I raise 2 PLE to HOC on 3rd Nov and 12th Nov. 3rd Nov PLE reply is they sent my medical report to medical officer but I don't got the second PLE answer till now. Dose anyone sent their medical to HOC?
