Has anyone separated whilst on a 457 visa? And if so what were the implications? My OH was the main applicant. I have a full time job and my daughter is still at school. Returning to the Uk is not an option.

- are you still on good terms with your OH; and/or
- does he plan to go for permanent residence and if so, when; and/or
- was any domestic violence involved
