Selling house
do i need to have the money i hope to make on my house in the bank before i apply for my visa. Or ARE DIMIA happy to take my word that i will have x amount of money.
2, how much money do you think is acceptable to have and does this determine wether you will need assurance of support wont be able to make $100k.

I'm no expert, but to answer your second question I would say it's $100k when they ask for it, or nothing. Do a search on this website, plenty of useful stuff around on this subject. Try and see if you can find a post from someone like George Lombard - he's one of the the real experts round here.
