Hi,

Can some one please let me know if secondary applicant's IELTS result is required before filling immigration application? or it is just for main applicant and one can upload secondary applicant's result later on??

English requirements for secondary applicants:

This evidence should be provided when requested by the case officer and before the visa is granted.

No need for url. Lots of case on BE where secondary Applicants IELTS was submitted during visa processing.

Average of 4.5 so must be an aggregate score of 17.5 or more (as 17.5 gets rounded up to an average of 4.5)

I think this is wrong,See how immi site states..

"•your IELTS TRF Number to show you have a band score of at least four and a half (4.5) based on all four components."

i.e you must score 4.5 in all 4 competencies

The "Band Score" is an average of the four scores - can be 6, 5.5, 6 and even zero for one of them.

I have already lodged my 176 gsm application now i m getting married after a month or so my application is still under process not finalized yet..now if i inform diac abt change of circumstances and include my wife in my application after wedding....Though it will take some time to complete all ma wife docs..My question is Diac will approve us togather or there is a possibility that if my documents are complete diac will approve me first and then wait for the completion of all my wife documents.....what are the chances

If your file is complete before you get married and inform DIAC then they are going to issue your visa. You would then have to apply for spouse visa for your wife. Sometimes visas will have a condition of no marriage before first entry to Australia.
