Please be kind enough to advice me that I lodged my Application on July/2009
later my wife become pregnant and we informed to DIAC through consultant
by first week of December I received request for medical submission I managed to send medical of mine and my son informing that wife medical would be submitted later after the baby delivered

after the child birth i submitted all the wife's and new child's medical on last week of February 2010 .

my Wife did not do IELTS so I agreed to pay Second VAC payment but still I didnt received any request invoice for payment any who know kindly tell me
how long will take for payment request after submission of medical.

Why don't she go for IELTS attempt?

She is not good in english actually so she is fear to sit for exam and I tought her but now she is really busy with baby so there is no time I am ready to do the payment

You do not need to pay it, until your visa is confirmed.

After Medical by it is 45 days gone if I come to know time line when they issue 2nd Vac invoice it is great approximatly

My Agent drop lot of inquery but they say it is still processing but my friend who faced same situation like me got the visa but for me it is still a hope. can I call my case officer if so will it generate another problem as i applied through agent. please can any one tell me will i be able to get the Visa I am so worried bcz I spent for this selling out my own piece of land. now i am really helpless

They usually send pre-grant letter and ask for VAC2 for final grant.

I informed them at the initial stage of process that I am ready to pay vac2 payment it already two months gone after submitting medicals but still they didnt send me vac invoice and I made more thane one inqueries through agent but still they are silent saying it takes 4,5 months.
Please kindly convince me that it takes so long to send payment invoice

Your case officer will ask for the payment when he or she is ready for it and not before. In some cases it may be the day after medicals are submitted and in others it may be not for another year. Nothing you do will make it any faster, so you may as well put it out of your mind until your case officer contacts your agent.

Thanks Dorothy for ur quick reply I can make up my mind now I thought that as I am in CSL category they would quickly response with 2vac payment invoice as other who applied with me already got visa

Today I got email from saying that he will take another three four month to finalize thae application sooner I got the mail I contact my migration agen and he says that this delay due to new addition of the baby but I cant accept becouse same sitiuation happened to my friend who lodge the application with me and he got the visa I want to know is there any possibility of being delayed due to new baby after I submited all the required documents after baby born
