Hi, I am in RSMS visa (PR) with my family in nsw area.I am working in a small family based shop and my owner now not following my employment contract.Like I have agreement to work 38hrs/week-5days but now I am working 45hrs/week-6days.He suppose to give me 45000 salary /year but he is paying me 500/week as a casual employee.I am working for him 3 months now.I asked my owner why my salary is less and more hours,he said his business is not going good,if I like to move I can go anywhere.He will never complain immigration.He will give me a letter that his business is not good now.
Can you please give me a suggestion what I should do now?.Move in sydney or stay in regional and find another job.I really dont know,please help!
