RSMS visa, how much, best option?

Can anyone give a ball park estimate of the total visa costs (with or without medicals) for regional sponsored migration? My wife and young son (6 months old) will emigrate as well, I'm 47, she's 43
I work in the UK for a UK-based employer who has offered me a job in Canberra. Canberra qualifies for RSMS, and the immigration office there recomended RSMS to my wife when she popped in.
Also do you think this is the best visa option?
Unfortunatley my employer won't necessarily pay relocation so I need to get up to speed with the costs.

ENS is also an option. However, you'll need waiver of the 45 age bar and although technically the rules are the same, anecdotally, DIAC may be more open to waiver on RSMS.
