Default RSMS obbligations, commitments and restrictions.

Hi,

Does anyone know what are the obbligations, restrictions and commitments from both the employee and employer's side? DIMA Booklet 5 is not so elaborative and lacks vital information such as what happens after the minimum 2 year period, can one apply for 136 visa while on rsms (only in the case if one is fed up working within the two year minimum contract period), is it only the main applicant which is tied to the region (what about spouse??).
Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Bishop,

Generally the booklets are not always as helpful now as the website itself - see http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/skill...rsms/index.htm and in particular http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/skill...bligations.htm .

Cheers,

George Lombard
