Could someone confirm that you do not need a skills assessment for a Regional-RSMS visa. My son has a career and qualification on the sol/ensol list but not enough work experience. He's currently on a 457 visa.

Also is two years in Aus in your occupation acceptable for an ENS visa. In one place on DIAC site it says yes but it seems to state two years on the 457 in another
