hi everyone:
i am a new member in this forum which i found by myself, and i found the administers in this forum are all very helpful and always giving us a precise and instant information, i really appreciate.
i have been reading 'employer sponsored migration' which i have uploaded as a attachment for a little while, and i am a question.
i am focusing on the regional sponsored migration scheme, and the confusing point is following:
they say i must have the relevant qualifications for the nominated position, which are equivalent to at least an Australian diploma level, but in the PDF they say 'trade certificate with full apprenticeship is accepted as equivalent or higher than a diploma qualification', i am completing a full-time certificate 4 without apprenticeship, so do you think will my qualification meet the requirement?

Is this cert 4 an Australian course?

If so I would say it was fairly certain to be a no.
