RPL: Missing Application Fee

One of my friends in Australia paid the fee for me through bank deposit on 11/03/03 and sent me the bank receipt. I attached a copy of bank receipt with my application.Today I received a mail from ACS saying that my application fee is missing.

Anybody have the same experience?
