Default Rpl?

Hi,

I want to apply to the ACS for skills assessment and I am confused on the following issue:

I have more than 6 year's experience on Networking LAN/WANs but I have a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering which has few IT courses. I want to apply for ASCO 2213-11 (System Manager)

Can someone please guide me if I should apply for the RPL or the regular assessment?

Thanks

Eligibility for Group A/B depends on just how much IT was in your
degree, and the university and degree class. Other than reading the
information on the ACS website and taking your own view, there's not
much more you can do other than hiring an agent.

My BSEE is from West Virginia Institute of Technology in the US. I completed the degree back in 1994 and as far as IT courses are concerned, out of 143 credit hours, I think they account to only 15-20 credit hours

you should do a regular application, there is no need for RPL

Dear Hammad, 4000psi,

I think that Hammad does need to do an RPL because there was insufficient IT
study in his BSEE. Surprised you think otherwise, 4000psi. You should have
come to our migration agents seminar :-)

Cheers

My agent told me I had to explain abbreviations like LAN and WAN in my
RPL.
It surprised me, because I thouht the C in ACS was from Computer. So
you're warned.

Hi 4000,

    > what did i miss at the seminar in regards to this matter?

Since you ask, a great deal of explanations about Group A, Group B, Group C
and where RPL fits in and how to calculate eligibility.

Cheers

Probably you missed to wake up. Guess you found yourself locked there after hours of sleeping?
