Can someone tell me what all restrictions are put by State Governments
while nominating an applicant under STNI Scheme? Can I study full time
and do not work , in the same State or would it be necessary for me to
work there for particular number of years before I can move out of the
State?

Are there any restrictions put by DIMIA also?

I have already applied under Skilled Independent Category. Would I be
advised to go ahead and seek nomination from a State (Victoria)?Can
there be any repurcussions with DIMIA in case the Satae does not
nominate me?
