I am filling out Form 80. But I am finding some difficulties.
(1) on Page 4 Question # 19 it is stated that
"Address in Australia where you can be contacted or will be staying Note: A post office box or mailbox address is not acceptable"
(2) On Page 7 Questions 34 "Proposed Arrival Details: Arrival Date ; Place of Arrival
(3) On Page 7 Questions 35 "Are you applying for Temporary Visa: Proposed Final Departure: Departure Date; Place of Departure (I have applied for 489)
Currently I am in Pakistan does these question are relevant in my case? May I left it as blank?

There aren't trick questions. If you cannot answer a question e.g. you don't know arrival dates, then just say so.

Re: Required your help : Form 80
surely you must have formed an idea - those questions are designed to help us plan our way ahead - if you have been granted SS, it is easy to choose a city of arrival....(most often the capital of the Sponsor State)
even the date - it is easy for u to plan your travel if you decide a particular date on paper - it also gives DIAC the chance to impose a deadline on your Visa for achieving landed status (if and when you get approved)
remember that they are a whole lot more organised now, and the processing times are much quicker for priority based applications, unlike the period before the July 2011 Immigration rule changes...
so ya, you need to put down a date and place of arrival - blanks are not advisable - some forms such as the 1221 also ask you proposed place of stay
once you have arrived (landed)
www.whereis.com is a good site to set your coordinates straight in AU

One more question I want to ask. I will be grateful to you if you can help me in this regard.
My case officer has asked me to submit "Higher Education Commission copy of my qualifications".
Does anyone know about the process in Pakistan for certifying Educational Documents from Higher Education Commission.

If you are Graduate or Master then your degree will be verified by HEC. Go to Higher Education Commission website you will find procedure of verification. Other certificates Intermediate, Matric were certified by concerned Educational Boards. If you further want to attest then you got attested from Foreign Office but first you got attestation and verification.

Seniors , got a query :
I have applied for SS 176 in February. All documents have been submitted to CO. There is a conflict in my addresses which I have mentioned in Form 80 & the documents provided. In Q.45 where they ask the addresses where I have lived for last 10 years , I have provided an address “ X” when I got married but in my Marriage Certificate the address is “ Y “ ( Same City but due to some Technical facts ;p it has been printed something else which is my uncles home ) . CO hasn’t noticed it yet but it’s worrying me. Should I be worried?? As previously my CO initially pointed my son date of birth conflict in documents which has been resolved now .

Re: Required your help : Form 80
you don't need to worry. Same way they will ask as your son birth date. But if your permanent address is changed which you have mentioned in your Application form then you need to inform change of address "Change of Circumstances form". As you are in the same city i don't think it is problem. But be careful whenever you give information to immigration it should not be conflicted. Good Luck.
