It depends on the courier service used by your doctor. I had a tracking number from my doctor and i had the opportunity to track my packet all the way to HOC. Why don't you call HOC, When ever I have called HOC, i got connected in first attempt. HOC does not seem have lengthy queues of callers as DIAC.
