reply needed: 457 visa important question
Hi All,
what difference does it make if we apply for 457 visa onshore and wait for a decision onshore while continuing job with same employer who sponsored us
OR in anther scenario
If we apply for visa offshore and wait offshore for the decision with or without a job from a different employer
is there any priority or quick processing given to the applicant who stays and apply for 457 visa onshore?
are there differences in waiting time between 2 scenarios?
thanks.

I don't understand, in other posts you have said you are applying for a PR visa, in others you are off shore and want to fight a visa case in court.
Do you have a employer willing to sponsor you? Can you pass a skills assessment for a PR visa.

Get professional advice before you end up in a bigger mess than you are already.

Agree with above you need professional advice as I don't think you have even considered the fact that should you lose your current appeal you could get a ban for three years from any visa.

verystormy, as far as i know, if we lose appeal with Ministerial intervention regarding our visa cases, only then we get a 3 year ban for applying a visa, if we apply for Federal circuit court federal court, high court, we do not get a 3 year ban?
please correct me if I am wrong.
thanks

However if you are asking me to comment on whether you would get a ban on reapplying or not, then you are wasting your time, I'm not an agent and would not even want to hazard a guess at that kind of thing.
IMHO, based on your posts here, you need professional help asap. You are posting about a whole selection of different visas, and don't have seem to totally understand the rules & requirements around any of them. You are already involved in an appeal, which few people attempt without professional assistance, and the result of that can affect any future applications.
Do yourself a favour and get help from someone properly qualified to assist you, not from people like us, who are well-meaning, but really are just lay-people

I honestly do think you should get some professional advice, even though it will cost you. I would hate to see you end up banned and visa-less, and trust me that is not unlikely if you continue to just grasp at straws in the way you are.
My personal recommendation is George Lombard, ( agent above a others ) but there are other good ones out there.
Good luck!
