Unless you have CO all your additional documents will be tagged to your application. Incase if u have CO all your documents will be attached to your file for CO - to check.
Actually I guess every CO has an Assistant in case CO allocated all your documents goes to him to tagged with file. Because I seen in my request letter its send by his assitant on behafl of CO.
If you feel the any document you need to provide unless its not going to confuse the CO you can still upload the documents nothing harm in providing additional docs.
PLEs will be replied by ASPC communication unit after refereing your case. CO normally will not respond to any mail - as per ASPC all communication has to sent to ASPC communication unit (thru PLE) But some times CO can directly mail from (Team ID) to ask information in your case all communication will be come to your agent only.
