Relationship breakdown Defacto
I had 4 months to go for my Permanent Visa and the G/F and I have
broken up -> I need find out what can be done with immigration , I
need to inform them and I need to know what the most likely consequence
will be when I do ?
I have been in Australia for almost 5 1/2 years first with a business
VISA for 4 years and then I went on to the defacto one
Please ... advise needed ... I am desperate her

That's a very sad situation, and one that you'd need to see a migration agent to sort out. If you go to DIMA then they would probably try to persuade you to withdraw the permanent visa application and that would leave you with not only very few onshore options but also a limited timeframe for response. Even if there's a chance of going onto a 457 again you'll probably need to apply from offshore.
cheers,

There are exceptions, like cases of domestic violence. Might be as awell to speak to an agent first to review your options and find out the right way to present your case.

I could probably get my company to sponser me , as a last resort , I
did read something on IMMG website about getting pushed over to an
independendant Visa ... thus not waitng the full two years or did I not
understand it ? is that only in the case only in Domestic Violence ?
is Emmotinal Vilolence the same thing :0)?

Hi Lionel,
Try to maintain a little dignity, there's two sides to every story :-(. The three options apart from an offshore application are domestic violence, death of sponsor or child of the relationship. Best to talk to an agent, or, at the very least, your company.
Cheers,
