Default Rejection of Invalid Application

Hi,

If for some reason or the other an applicaion for 136 is rejected on account of 'invalid application' how long would it take to get intimated or to receive the returned application? Does the ack time of around 5 to 6 weeks apply here as well or would it be a shorter period?

Depends on the severity of the reason for failure. If its basic criteria is pretty quick id' think (like age). If its something else that requires corrospondence it will obviously take longer.

Its alot of money to waste without checking your submission first.

this is exactly what happened to us, as we waited patiently on the nod, throught he door came our returned application the full thing, because
!!!! we didnt put in the covering letter from TRA would you beleive it. We posted it off end of nov and got it returned to us on the 26th jan.

We sent it back on the 30th completed with TRA thingy and got a yes on the 3 April so didnt take long.
