1) It doesnt have a single duty performed by System Admin.
2) Title shown in this reference letter is System Analyst that may or may not be accepted in place of System Admin
3) It also doesnt show much duties related to System Analyst.
Regards,
Fred, F.

Would you help and share the list of points to be added

I don't think you'll find anyone here willing to write your reference for you - they don't know what duties you currently perform. The only person who can write you a truthful reference is your employer. Ask your HR department to list on your reference all the specific duties you perform in your current job.

How on earth can a stranger on an internet forum write a reference that purports to come from your HR Department?
Either your duties match the job you are applying under or they don't. Please don't ask posters to help you defraud DIAC.

I believe this is a public forum hence an advice can be taken ,i am not forcing anyone here. However this was purely for the reference purpose to get some idea. Majority of HR does not know about technical responsibilities.

This is a public forum - advice was sought and given but no-one can tell you what to put in YOUR reference. If your HR dept cannot or will not write the reference needed, ask your line manager who will be able to write about your technical abilities.

Do you know what you do? If you do, write in the reference letter.

No, don't!
That's fraud.
zinc, there must be someone in management in your company who can list your current duties, and provide them to HR to be included in your reference. If you're an honest person, and I'm sure you are, then this is the only way.

There is the official description of Systems Administrator position:
http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/[email protected]+Specialists
You can compare with it.

I mean, probably he's doing these tasks in his actual position, but probably there are not all in the reference letter. Viewing this page he can realise what he can't forget to include in the reference letter, and he can ask to HR to fill it better.

There is no reason why anyone would need to refer to a description of a role on an internet forum in order to describe their own duties.

I have read in this forum, in another post, that the ACS recommended to an applicant to change the SOL code asked for the skill assessment because his duties where more close to another code.
Anyway, I wanted to help, not to dispute.
