Hello oh knowledgable people!
I am applying as Skilled Sponsored in the next couple of months once my Vetassess comes through, but I have two questions for you all,
Firstly, as I am a native speaker do I have to get some kind of assessment done to prove this, if so what would you recommend as proof?
Secondly, I am trying to determine what the application requires with respect to Work Experience references. I have been in the same public sector skilled employment for the last 5 years, so that should do the trick, but I am going to have to ask my Boss for a reference, and I am hoping someone can tell me what sort of detail I am going to need, or better still can I be really cheeky and ask if anyone has a 'successful' reference in Word format that I can see and crib from?
