Recent work experience Vs. Specific work experience

The evidences for my recent work experience and specific work experience seem to overlap. In fact, they are the same, as I am working at the same place for over five years now.

I would be submitting the same evidence for both the recent and specific work experience.

Could I attach photocopies of the evidence for recent work experience and the originals of the evidence for proof of specific work experience or do they both have to be originals?

Could any one help please?

Thanks for all the help.

I certainly didn't bother. I clearly labeled a set of documents (letters of
reference, salary slips etc) as pertaining to BOTH recent AND specific work
experience.

The letters all show my period of employment and are sorted and cover 4
years, counting back from right now in a continuous timeline. Letters that
go outside that window are sorted in a different section of the application
and go back another 7 or 8 years.

I expect even the thickest government bureaucrat to know that it covers
both categories.
