hey pple

i am an IT professional and i have decided to apply for the SIR visa.
so for beginners i started to get the documents ready fro skills
assessment.
then i realised that i need employee refrence.
i can get refrences from my previous employers but the present one is
really a crack pot i can tell him directly that i am applying for
migration and so i need a refrence.
if i do that he will see to that i face hell everyday in office.

guys can u give me ideas
will ACS & DIMIA cross refrence with the employee at any time if i
tell a lie and get it from him.
i think it would help my skills assessment and the visa application if
i have his refrence though.
or if u guys have better ideas kindly help me
