Re applying for ACS skill assessment under the same ANZSCO code
Hi There,
I am a computer engineer with 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and already have MCSE since 2002. Last year I got negative skill assessment from ACS on AZNSCO code 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer , although they recognize my bachelor degree and MCSE. I did not apply for review or appeal regret. Currently I am interested to apply again under the same ANZSCO code with updated reference letter and additional documents.
I have tried to submit a new application to ACS but they asked me to link it to my previous application where my previous reference letters are still there.
I am wondering if ACS will look at the new or the old reference letters which were improperly prepared ??
If anyone has any idea please advise,

They will look at both the old evaluation (based on old documents) and the new documents.
I hope you haven't provided any information in new documents which conflicts with old documents.

Yes there is no conflict, I just rephrase my duties with more focus on my network experience there, I can also add my payroll and some appreciation certificates and more attendance certificate for some technical courses. However, I am still worried if they will take it negatively. Also I am not sure if someone else did this before and can share his experience.

I am pleased to inform you that I successfully got a positive assessment from ACS after I re-apply to the same ANZSCO code. I provided more documents like new MBA, my resume, payslips, appreciation certificates and updated reference letters and got ACS feedback in less than a month. There is no conversation or specific questions, you need only to upload the additional documents to get it assessed.
