Does anyone know if you can reappy to any of the 4 states (Victoria, South Aus, Tasmania, and WA) that offer state sponsorship, if you have been rejected by them once?

I re-applied in Victoria. They rejected me because between two applications there has to be a periode of minimum 6 month and / or a major change in your CS / skill set.
About the and /or I am not completly sure... will have a look at the answer (e-mail ) from them.
But I am very sure about their statement that in the case I would have a job they would sponsor me...

Thank you for your reapplication for the STNI Visa.

Our records show that in August your sponsorship application was not taken further by the Victorial Government and as such we are unable to accept a new application from you until 6 months after this date.

Your new application should show that a major change has occurred within your skill set during the last 6 months. It is therefore a requirement when reapplying for the STNI Visa that you demonstrate such changes through an updated CV and cover letter, or else show evidence of a recent letter of offer of employment within the state of Victoria.
