Rare and strange situation - Need your help!
Hi Experts!
I have successfully submitted my online application (with credit card charged and TRN number generated) on the 30th of July 08 and yet to attach all the scanned documents. I have my wife as a second applicant.
My wife's passport number has changed after making few corrections to it. Earlier, the passport officials confirmed that the passport number would remain the same after correction, but seems like that's not the case. A new passport (with new passport number) has been issued and obviously has a new passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, etc which is different from the one mentioned in the visa form.
What do I do in this situation? Should I write to them via General Skilled Migration Post-Lodgement Enquiry Form with change in circumstance?
http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm
Also, how many times one can change personal information on a submitted visa form? I have given my IELTS score for a re-evaluation and hoping to increase .5 in one of the modules. If this happens, I would need to change the submitted information again.
Thanks in advance!

I would inform them of the new passport details as the last thing you want is a query or doubt on their behalf. Your passport has to be well in date , so you just carried out procedure.

Thanks Ekiec. Do you think contacting through change in circumstance would be the ideal method?
