question regarding the student visa
I intend to enroll in an Advanced Diploma program which last only 96 weeks, but I don't know whether DIMIA will accept this perioad as the specified 2 years full-time studies. 96 weeks is aproximately 1 year and 10 months. So if I enroll in such a program, will I be eligible for PR after I graduate the program?

Re: question regarding the student visa
the 2 years refered to are academic years, they hardly run 2 full year in
length especially at UNI.I beleive you should be able to claim them if you
study 4 semesters.
