Default Question regarding residency waiver for citizenship

Hi all,
I have a query regarding residency requirement waiver for someone who got married to an australian citizen. My visa was granted on 02/07/2009 and I entered Australia on 02/04/2010. I will complete my 4 years residency requirements only next year May due to my time out of australia however I married an australian citizen last year and Immi website says residency requirements MAY be waived if one is married to an aussie but detailed information is not provided. Anyone who has experience or information in this regard, please share? I am thinking of ringing immigration also but this portal always gives lot of relevant information.
Thanks in advance
G

It can be only waived if you were living with Australian citizen during that time. You have children together during that time etc.
