Query - Specific Work Experience
Query - Specific Work Experience (10 points - 3 out of last 4 years in nominated SOL)
We are to lodge our 175 visa application is a few days time.
I have the required experience with regard to the specific work experience (4 years), but possess only 33 months of the detailed reference letter as per DIAC format (ex. , and hence short of 3 months. For the remainder 3 months, I have the following:
* a employment letter ( in Company letterhead mentioning start date, designation, salary, role, full time, permanent) signed by the HR
* another separate letter indicating the specific duties, signed by a co-worker in a plain paper, attaching his business card.
* payslips for those 3 months and the tax statement for that year.
Please note - HR will not give me the specific duties in the letter they sign as it is against company policy.Hence the above arrangement.
Request if these are sufficient or any other documents would provide a stronger evidence.

thanks tejas..also, my specific and recent work experience have the same evidence. hence is it enough i upload these documents once? instead of duplicating them..

Itsmeatre - only upload your documents once. You are just wasting document space duplicating and your CO will be able to work out what to do with the docs.
Tejas - why do you say 34 months specific experience is enough. The requirements are 36 months. The OP has 36 months, just only has a reference covering 33.
