Hi All,

My relative and family are applicant under 139 subclass and timeline
is as under:

1. Applied 23rd May 2005
2. Medical, AoS, PCC requested 26th Sep 2005
3. Internal Checks done on 30th Sep
4. AoS approved, bond lodged on 26th oct and approval sent to DIMIA on
28th Oct 2005
5. PCC and other docs sent to DIMIA 12th Nov 2005
6. Medicals Received by LCU on 06th Dec 2005 (Medicals were delayed
as panel doctor done more tests like TB Skin Test, CT Scan and BIOPSY
etc. due to opacity in chest X-ray, all results were OK).

The response received from LCU about medical status query is:

Dear Applicant,

Please be advised your medicals have been cleared dated 14/12/2005.

For further enquiries please contact the case officer in charge of your
visa application.

It means (as I understand from other posts in this forum), The medicals
for applicant and family were cleared on 14/12/05. Still today they have
not received any letter from LCU. It means "Clear" indicates meds were
OK, otherwise they must have got by now yellow envelope for panel
doctor. What is your opinion? Do you think any thing else left for
finalisation of this application (under 139 subclass). I will much
appreciate your comments.
