By the way, what is basic requirement of QLD SMP? Is that IELTS 6 but exempt when holding UK passport? Under 45 ages? Any point test required? Thank you!

Queensland SMP is not announced yet, so no one can tell basic requirement, before SMP IELTS 6 in each was required but there was no point system. You have to show some assets in your bank as well.

I had applied for SS to QLD on 21st August 2010;Today i got below response from QLD:

"At this point in time all IT applications will be placed on hold until the State Migration Plan (SMP) is implemented.
Actually getting the plan in place will be subject to agreement between the Queensland Treasurer and the Commonwealth Minister for Immigration and Citizenship and therefore, I cannot predict timeframes in this regard."

What about SA? Has anybody applied yet?

I agree mapped code is there in the schedule 4 but states are not accepting schedule 4 codes at the moment.
One of my friend with same code as u have, applied some months back is still on hold.
I doubt you will need a new ANZCO code for sponsorship but this confusion will be clarified with migration plan announcement.

The release date will depend on when DIAC in Canberra approve our SMP - we have no way of knowing when they are likely to do this.
